Job Description

Ultratec3D is looking for a skilled foreman with 2+ years of experience handling a team, and who can manage multiple tasks involving a 3D?printing production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operation of the 3D?printing line, including SLA, FDM, or resin workflows. Coordinate and schedule labour activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Compare outputs to technical specifications and reject or flag non-conforming parts. Lead defect analysis and implement corrective or preventive measures. Train and guide laborers on quality standards and finishing protocols. Enforce safe handling procedures for material and equipment within the printing booth and post-processing areas. Coordinate replenishment to minimize downtime and ensure readiness for production runs. Document inspection results, maintain daily production logs and QC reports. Identify patterns in defects, propose workflow improvements, and support implementation. Implement and enforce workplace safety guidelines, particularly around post-processing and solvent use. Conduct regular safety checks and audits to maintain clean and compliant workspaces.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience handling a team in production. Expertise in fiber application, sanding, spray painting, or a similar job. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
