Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Blasting and a strong attention to detail. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in various settings. The Painter will be responsible for delivering excellent results while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and other materials as necessary to achieve desired colours and textures. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications and deadlines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and requirements.

Qualifications

Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is beneficial.
