Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:



Drive corporate sales by actively acquiring new clients for team-building activities, long-term bookings, and sponsorship opportunities Build strong client relationships and identify potential leads aligned with WPA's growth goals. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Attend events and networking opportunities to represent WPA and generate business leads Manage multiple sales pipelines, ensuring targets are met efficiently. Maintain detailed records of leads, contracts, and sales activities for performance tracking

Experience:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven sales experience, preferably in sports, fitness, or related industries, wherein minimum 3 years of experience in UAE.

Qualification



Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field

Essentials



Proven sales experience, preferably in sports, fitness, or related industries. Proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to close deals independently. Knowledge or passion for padel is an advantage. This role requires a hands-on, client-facing salesperson who can independently manage and grow corporate and sponsorship sales Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
