We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with a strong background in sports, preferably in Padel, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sports facility operations, with a preference for those familiar with Malaeb booking platform or other club management software. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering a seamless experience to players and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Welcome players and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Bookings & Reservations:
Manage court reservations, event registrations, and membership inquiries, with a strong preference for experience using
Malaeb booking platform
.
Payments & Transactions:
Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
Facility Coordination:
Ensure smooth court operations by coordinating with coaches, maintenance teams, and management.
Customer Support:
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about club services, events, and promotions.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of bookings, membership details, and customer feedback.
Event Support:
Assist in organizing and executing tournaments, leagues, and social events at the club.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of rental equipment, merchandise, and refreshments, ensuring availability.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sports facility operations, preferably in Padel.
Familiarity with Malaeb booking platform or similar reservation systems.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per club requirements.
Passion for sports and an understanding of Padel community culture is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Padel club or other sports facilities.
Basic understanding of court operations, coaching schedules, and player engagement.
Multilingual skills (English & Arabic preferred) for effective customer interaction.
