We're Hiring: Sports Facility Coordinator (UAE-Based):
We are seeking an experienced Sports Facility Coordinator to join our sports operations team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires strong operational knowledge, excellent customer management skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Requirements & Skills:
Strong experience in sports operations with broad sports knowledge
Responsible for customer support, satisfaction, and retention
Ability to handle sales inquiries, memberships, bookings, and scheduling
Proven management and supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Follow-Up & Reporting Responsibilities:
Regular follow-up with customers regarding renewals, attendance, and feedback
Track inquiries, conversions, and retention performance
Prepare weekly and monthly operational and sales reports
Maintain accurate customer and booking records
Coordinate follow-ups with coaches, administrative staff, and management
Location Requirement:
This position is strictly open to candidates currently based in the UAE. Applications from outside the UAE will not be shortlisted.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
