. We focus on structured training, discipline, and high-quality coaching programs. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead academy operations while actively driving

sales, enrollments, and brand growth

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the skating academy Supervise coaches, staff schedules, and training sessions Ensure safety, discipline, and service quality standards Drive

sales, enrollments, and retention

for skating programs Handle inquiries, parent coordination, follow-ups, and conversions Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities Manage social media platforms and community engagement Coordinate skating events, demos, and competitions Build partnerships with schools, malls, and community centers Prepare sales and performance reports for management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sports academy operations, sales, or sports marketing (skating experience preferred)

Strong

sales, customer service, and negotiation skills

Proven leadership and team supervision experience Experience in social media marketing and brand promotion Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid Qatar Driving License - Mandatory

Must be

locally available in Qatar

and eligible for employment under

Qatar Labor Law

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required Strong passion for

skating, sports, and youth development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
