Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in installation and maintenance of Air conditioning systems (Chiller, Split, Decorative, Ducted, Cassette, Package, Central, FAHUs, AHUs, VRV / VRF and Chiller, etc)
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in high rise buildings and villas and all types of outdoor and indoor units
- Knowledge and experience in electrical works
- Experience of fixing, overhauling, improving and overhauling all types of air conditioning system
- Ability to use latest tools and equipments required for the job
- Comfortable in troubleshooting split AC and changing spare parts
- Gulf experience is must requirement.
- Education : Diploma or ITI from a certified Institute.
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in a General Maintenance / Facilities Management company.
- GULF: 2 years (Required)
- SPLIT, PACKAGE AC TECHNICIAN: 3 years (Required)
