We are now looking for SPF Document Controller to be a part of Rejlers Team in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reports To This position reports to the assigned Project Manager. Job Overview

Setting up document control way of working in assigned projects.
Project documents filing.
Administration of documentation requirements.
Document distribution.
General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, archiving, analysis of suppliers’ documents.
Compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.

Higher Technical Certificate or equivalent standard of education.
8 years related experience of which 5 years in the drawings/documents management for the oil & gas industry.
Well conversant with project filing.
Knowledge of QMS & ISO requirements for records maintenance.
Good knowledge of the operation of a modern CAD based multi-discipline drawing office.
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
Well versed with SharePoint Tools.
High accuracy with attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet the target dates.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of EDMS.
UAE local experience is added value.
Having exposure to SPF & EDMS tools environment is preferable.

Good interpersonal skills and communication.
Meets UAE visa requirements.
Candidates available in UAE with ability to join immediately shall be preferred.
