Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations: Oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining a clean environment.
2. Staff Supervision: Supervise cafeteria staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
3. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure food safety and quality standards are met, following school and health regulations.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty.
5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock.
6. Cash Handling: Supervise cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
7. Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and efficiently.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
Requirements:
1. Experience in food service or supervision
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
5. Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy objects (if applicable)
