Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping patients improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop individual treatment plans based on evaluation results. Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as needed. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support home progress. Maintain accurate treatment records and follow professional/ethical guidelines. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid professional license DHA is mandatory Clinical experience with children and/or adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop customized therapy plans and track progress effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with articulation therapy, autism spectrum disorders, language delays, and stuttering.
