Friendly Early Childhood Center in Dubai is currently seeking a

highly motivated and qualified female Russian-speaking Speech Therapist

to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's development during their formative years.

About the Role

As a Speech Therapist at our center, you will play a vital role in supporting children with speech and language challenges - helping them build effective communication skills and confidence. Your work will directly contribute to their social, emotional, and academic growth in a nurturing early years setting.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Speech-Language Pathology

Fluency in Russian

(essential) Experience in

paediatric speech therapy

is strongly preferred Solid understanding of

child development

and diverse learning needs Familiarity with

SEND legislation

and best practices Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children Strong

organizational skills

and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, nurses, parents, and external professionals

Main Responsibilities

Conduct

comprehensive assessments

to identify speech and language disorders Evaluate children's communication abilities (articulation, comprehension, fluency, voice) Develop and implement

individualised therapy plans

tailored to each child's needs Conduct therapy through one-to-one sessions, small groups, or in-class support Use play-based and age-appropriate tools such as games, stories, and visual aids Educate and support parents, caregivers, and staff with practical techniques Collaborate with professionals (e.g., pediatricians, SENCo, educators) for holistic care Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans to ensure effective outcomes Prepare progress reports and liaise with relevant stakeholders when needed
