Job Description
We are seeking a
qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist
to join our home-based care team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and/or adults and providing high-quality therapy sessions directly in the patient's home.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments in clients' homes Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver one-on-one home-based therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Communicate effectively with families and caregivers Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members when required Educate families on techniques and home programs to support progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility Experience in pediatric or adult speech therapy (pediatric preferred) Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude Comfortable traveling to clients' homes across Dubai Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
