Job Description
We are expanding our team and
actively looking to hire an experienced Speech Therapist
to join our growing clinical department.Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments. Provide therapy for children and adults with ASD, articulation delays, fluency issues, developmental delays, and language disorders. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (OT, PT, Psychology, Physicians). Provide caregiver/family training and home-based programs. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.
DHA License or DHA Eligibility
(mandatory or must be in process).Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience
(UAE experience preferred). Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary setting. Empathetic, professional, and committed to evidence-based practice.What We Offer
