Key Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide therapy for:
Speech and language delay
Articulation and phonological disorders
Stammering / fluency disorders
Voice disorders
Feeding and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and reports
Educate families on home programs and therapy follow-ups
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinic policies, and infection control standards
Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech & Language Therapy / Speech Pathology
Valid DOH Speech Therapist License or Eligibility
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
(preferred)
Strong communication and patient-handling skills
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult cases
Professional, empathetic, and ethical approach to patient care

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
