As part of our expansion in the

MENA region,

we are seeking a

Specification Manager

who will play a key role in driving specifications, influencing design decisions, building strong client relationships, and delivering technical solutions across projects in the UAE and beyond.

Key competences:

5+ years in the construction sector as a specification engineer/specification manager, ideally focused on facades and/or weatherproofing Proven experience working with architects, consultants, and facade consultants Familiarity with construction physics, thermal design, moisture/condensation management is a strong plus Exposure to jobsite visits, project tracking, and technical proposal development Experience delivering technical training or RIBA-approved programs is highly valued

Main Responsibilities:

Spend 70-80% of time in the field, visiting Architects and consultants Develop and manage a portfolio of architects and consultants Analyse and interpret construction projects and specifications Define technical facade/weatherproofing solutions Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and training materials Project coordination with the commercial team Deliver internal and external technical training (including RIBA Approved) Collaborate with the global technical team and UAE commercial team Contribute to international projects on Construction Physics and Facade Design

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

Weatherproofing / Facade systems Construction documentation & specification writing CRM tools, MS Office, Autodesk, Solidworks, Revit Able to read drawings, and familiar with building codes, and projects specifications

Professional Skills:

Strong communicator (English C1/C2 mandatory) Analytical and detail-oriented Goal-driven and proactive self-starter Comfortable presenting and training Relationship builder with influencing ability

Languages:

English (C1/C2 - mandatory) Additional languages are a plus

Basic academic background:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field (required), Masters degree is a plus

Languages:

Fluent in English Arabic (Preferred)
