The Role

Position Title:

Specification Engineer - MMA & Road Marking Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: airline ticket Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. : ? Develop and secure product approvals and specifications from consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities for floor coatings and road marking systems. ? Identify and introduce company systems in new projects across public infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and public sector sectors at the design/tender stage. ? Conduct technical presentations and CPD sessions, advise clients on system selection, and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements and relevant standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, ISO, GCC codes). ? Coordinate with R&D and technical teams, track projects through execution, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and government tenders.



Requirements

Qualifications:

? Open to Arabic nationalities, Male, 30 years old and above. ? Proficient in MS Office; CRM/AutoCAD knowledge a plus ? Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field ?
