Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and manage project specifications for a wide range of building materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide technical guidance and recommend suitable materials for their projects.Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions to educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of our solutions.Stay updated with market trends, sustainability requirements, and advancements in building materials to enhance our offerings.Review and interpret architectural drawings and tender documents to ensure our products are accurately specified.Support in organizing client presentations, events, and trainings. Required SkillsBachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Experience in specification writing and technical support within the building materials industry.Knowledge of construction materials, and project tendering processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
