Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Specification Engineer specializing in Acoustic Floor Solutions. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical sales support, conducting presales activities, and developing specifications for acoustic floor solutions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams for seamless product integration and delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and submit

datasheets, drawings, installation details, and compliance documentation

aligned with UAE standards. Provide technical specifications and performance data to consultants and project teams for material approvals and tender inclusion. Conduct

market research and competitor benchmarking

to support specification strategies. Engage developers, consultants, designers, and contractors at the

design stage

to ensure early product inclusion. Offer

innovative and value-engineered acoustic solutions

to meet impact noise and vibration control requirements. Deliver

product training, technical seminars, and presentations

to internal and external stakeholders. Arrange and coordinate

factory visits and product demonstrations

for consultants and key customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

.

3-7 years' experience

in specification engineering, technical sales, or building materials (acoustic/flooring experience preferred). Strong understanding of

acoustic floor systems and construction practices

. Experience working with

consultants and design teams

in the UAE/GCC market. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is an advantage).
