We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specification Consultant to join our team. As a Specification Consultant, you will be responsible for driving product specification and sales growth by collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our cement-based products, understanding project requirements, and ensuring our solutions are integrated into construction projects across the region. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specification Consultant to join our team. As a Specification Consultant, you will be responsible for driving product specification and sales growth by collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our cement-based products, understanding project requirements, and ensuring our solutions are integrated into construction projects across the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and key decision-makers within the construction industry.
- Educate stakeholders about the benefits and applications of our cement-based products, demonstrating their technical advantages and sustainability features.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate our products into project specifications and ensure their inclusion in tender documents.
- Provide technical support to clients by offering insights, recommendations, and solutions based on the project\'s unique requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic input to the sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs effectively and ensure timely project execution.
- Track and report on project opportunities, conversion rates, and overall market trends.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in specification sales or technical consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of cement-based products, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of successfully influencing project specifications and driving sales growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE construction market and regulations is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Specification Consultant in Building Material Industry: 3 years (Required)
