Job Purpose:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Specialty Account Manager to join our team in Northern Emirates. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts to ensure the effective implementation of tailored solutions that meet patient needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and will work in a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment where your contributions truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
In line with GSK values and our Ahead Together strategy, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and adoption of our solutions.
• Developing and executing a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK's commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and market access, to implement tailored solutions for accounts.
• Monitoring product performance, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategic actions to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensuring product availability by coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams while managing demand forecasting.
• Conducting regular external meetings to educate HCPs on disease awareness and patient-focused solutions, in adherence to GSK's ethical practices.

Required Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Recent experience in specialty care, Respiratory care, or related therapeutic areas within the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Readiness to travel across UAE as required.
• Residency in the UAE and based in Northern Emirates.

Preferred Qualifications:
While the following qualifications are not required, they will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in specialty care & / or Respiratory care, including account management and patient-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Northern Emirates.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage priorities and deliver results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge to continuously improve.

Work Environment
This is a field-based role covering the northern Emirates - UAE. Travel across the assigned territory will be required.
