to join our roastery team.

Responsibilities:

Roast high-quality specialty coffee consistently to meet our flavor and quality standards. Develop and profile new coffees, ensuring optimal flavor expression for each origin. Operate and maintain roasting equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor roast curves, production logs, and quality control data. Conduct cupping sessions to evaluate green and roasted coffee. Collaborate with the team on product development and seasonal offerings. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the roasting and production area.

Requirements:

Full, hands-on knowledge of specialty coffee roasting. Strong understanding of green coffee, roast profiling, and sensory evaluation. Experience using roasting software and equipment. Ability to maintain consistency, manage workflow, and meet production targets. Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning. Previous experience in a specialty roastery is required.
