Position Overview
Talabat is seeking a Specialist Vendor Operations in Dubai, UAE to support the growth of its Local Shops (Non-Food Vertical). This role will focus on improving vendor performance, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple markets in the region.

What You'll Do

• Support local and regional operations teams to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics
• Track vendor processes including onboarding, catalog cleanup, inventory integration, and picker performance
• Assist local markets with initiatives outside regular BAU tasks
• Monitor compliance of BAU processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Provide performance analytics and support opportunity sizing for market projects
• Review inventory and pricing updates daily, identifying and resolving issues to maintain accuracy
• Create and manage basic processes such as device allocation and uniform distribution
• Collaborate with vendor coordinators across markets to share best practices and lessons learned
• Conduct daily operational checks independently, ensuring process adherence

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role
• Strong understanding of vendor operations and grocery workflows
• Skilled in documenting processes, creating guidelines, and analyzing data
• Ability to solve minor issues effectively and escalate when required
• High ownership mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
