We are looking for a VAT Specialist to prepare VAT payments and returns for our company Magnati.

The responsibilities of the VAT specialist will be as following, this is not a comprehensive list.

Preparation of regular VAT returns
Estimating and tracking of VAT returns
Completing regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) VAT reports
Prepare VAT payments
Organize and update the company\'s VAT database
Prepare necessary paperwork for VAT payments and returns
Share financial data with the accounting department
Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Liaising with the Federal Tax Authority
Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a VAT Accountant or VAT Analyst
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with accounting software packages
Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Strong numeracy skills
Keen attention to detail
BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) is preferred
