Key Responsibilities:
Undertake Channel Profitability tracking and Variance Management
Provide performance comparisons and draw insights for channel performance
Sales and Distribution SPOC for Incentives
Drive Projects and Transformation initiatives
CRM Process requirements & use of Business Planning Tools for increasing efficiency of front line and the business in general
Sales Plan Enablers and Tracking
One Team Growth Synergies (Sales and Distribution partnering with other teams by identifying growth opportunities)
Campaign Management - Planning and implementing contests, roll out of communication to front liners and monitoring performance during campaign period
Sharing Best Practices Framework with front liners
Identify and implement opportunities for synergy across channels, collaborate among channels benefitting overall sales performance.
Key Performance Indicators:
Meeting goals assigned within the time frame
Support on ADHOC requirements
Qualifications
Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree
Master\'s degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking environment
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills.
Motivated and focused
Must be able to effectively coordinate with other departments and work together as a team to effectively deliver on requirements.
