Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures, both elective and emergency, on patients with traumatic injuries.
- Participate in the management and treatment of patients in the trauma ward.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, current condition, and available resources.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, anesthesiologists, and radiologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate patients and family members on their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in trauma surgery and actively participate in continuing education programs.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines in the delivery of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in General Surgery.
- Sub-specialization in Trauma Surgery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trauma surgery.
- Extensive knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.
- Proficient in using advanced surgical instruments and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.

- Must be Western-trained, with experience in leading healthcare environments.
