Key Responsibilities

• Perform trauma-related surgical procedures for both emergency and elective cases
• Manage and treat patients admitted with traumatic injuries in coordination with critical care teams
• Develop and execute tailored treatment and surgical plans based on each patient's clinical condition
• Monitor patient recovery, identify complications, and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Work closely with anesthesiologists, radiologists, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care
• Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and rehabilitation
• Participate in medical education, conferences, and continuous professional development activities
• Maintain compliance with all clinical safety, ethical, and hospital standards

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Board certification in General Surgery
• Subspecialization in Trauma Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of consultant or specialist-level trauma surgery experience
• Western training preferred (UK, US, Canada, or Europe)
• Proven expertise in trauma management and complex surgical procedures
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure emergency environments
