Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Leadership & delivery:
- Spearhead all AI initiatives within DM&T
- Spearhead DM&T wide transformation programs--including AI/digital/technology (AIDT) PMO, sustainability, and system implementations (e.g., CRM)--to achieve step-change improvements in performance
- Scope, define, manage and deliver projects with cross-functional teams, rigorous planning, resource allocation, ensuring alignment with DM&T CEO priorities. Delivering on timelines, budgets, and quality standards, often generating multi-million-dollar impact.
- Ensure each initiative is underpinned by robust financial analysis, including ROI modeling and value tracking, in close collaboration with Finance.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and studies to align leadership on vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
