Specialist Technologist Tooling Preparation Your missions : · Ensures all tools, equipment and software is available for Machinery Workshop · Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the machinery workshop · Defines and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level · Provides regular reports to his/her own superior(s) · Escalates according to defined escalation paths · Records all the orders to his/her department and ensure timely closure · Creates and reviews specific local work instructions · Monitors correctness and adherence to plan of machinery workshop manufacturing and takes necessary actions · Monitors the adherence to the equipment movement plan · Monitors the adherence to production process standards (PrPS) of the work requested to the Machinery Workshop · Monitors and ensures planned and unplanned maintenance is performed on machinery workshop equipment (internal or external) · Ensures support : Your skills : · Technical diploma in Engineering Production. · Self-motivated and organized work attitude . · Problem solving capabilities . · Ability to work with people in a positive manner and to deal with difficult situations. · Good communication skills in order to conduct meetings and audits with suppliers . · English is mandatory.
