About the opportunityRole SummaryAs a Specialist - Rider Supply & Performance, you will be responsible for the success of our MENA markets in attracting new heroes (that\'s what we call our riders) to our fleet and ensuring they fit our strategy and criteria and are ready to join in record speed.You will develop reporting structure, perform ongoing and ad hoc analyses, derive insights and make recommendations, and ensure a performance and data driven culture amongst the country teams in the region. You\'ll have the opportunity to work on a regional level across teams and countries, getting to know
