The rider engagement team is all about talabat\'s relationship with riders, building a community and keeping them at the heart of everything we do. As a rider communication specialist you will be responsible for designing and executing the rider content & design strategy through the right channels with our target audience - riders across MENA markets.
What\'s on your plate?
  • Design visual content for print and digital applications that reinforces our status and reputation about the rider community, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
  • Understand the requirements by coordinating with stakeholders and creating a design brief, preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas.
  • Data through images;
  • Create Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our heroes, work closely with the content specialist to finalize copy and support the team in creating the final designs
  • Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files;
  • Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events, edit video clips for use on social media platforms
  • Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;
  • Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;
  • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
  • Overseeing and streamlining all rider communications to ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of tone, style, quality and message
  • Develop content plans to land the best message through the right channels with our rider fleet. Create different types of content (articles, scripts, proposals, presentations, blogs, etc.- English)
  • Design visual content for print and digital applications that reinforces our status and reputation
  • Develop a strong relationship with riders using state of the art CRM tools (i.e. Tweety, Braze, Mail chimp);
  • Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and

    What Did We Order?
    • 2- 3 years of relevant professional experience, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Degree in communications, fine arts, marketing, graphic design or related field, or demonstrated experience in relevant professional fields
    • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Canva, Vyound and G Suite
    • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
    • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently
    • A proactive can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously
    • Exhibit a high degree of creativity to design and execute campaigns that appeal to riders
    • A self-starter attitude that\xe2\x80\x99s comfortable with constant change
    • A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically
    • Experience working with a content strategy and content calendar/grid
