As a Specialist Restorative Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with complex restorative and aesthetic dental needs. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in providing a wide range of restorative services, including but not limited to crown and bridge work, dentures, implant restorations, and smile makeovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate patient consultations, diagnosing patients\' restorative and aesthetic dental needs
- Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing a variety of restorative techniques
- Perform various restorative procedures such as crown and bridge work, denture fabrication and adjustments, implant restorations, and aesthetic treatments
- Collaborate with other specialists and general dentists within the practice to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay updated on best practices, advancements, and developments in the field of restorative dentistry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional quality care and building their trust and loyalty
- Uphold high standards of infection control and sterilization practices
- Mentor and train other team members, including general dentists, on restorative techniques and procedures
- Actively participate in continuing education opportunities to further develop skills and expertise
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and specialty certificate in Restorative Dentistry
- Minimum of 3 years experience practicing as a restorative dentist, with a proven track record of successful treatments and patient satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and patients
- Demonstrated proficiency in restorative procedures and techniques, including proficiency with advanced technologies and materials
- Ability to diagnose and treat complex restorative and aesthetic dental cases
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on advancements in restorative dentistry
- Ability to work collaboratively with other specialists and general dentists within the practice
