Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to support the firm's trading strategy and expansion into key markets.
• Deliver economic insights and intuitive reports to senior management and traders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze competitive intelligence to benchmark trading strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
• Contribute to business development by generating new strategic ideas based on market analytics and stakeholder interactions.
• Align research initiatives with the company's broader trading strategy, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

Market & Financial Analysis

• Assess targeted markets, competitive landscapes, and key trading organizations to provide actionable insights.
• Track and quantify the financial impact of global macroeconomic developments on business operations.
• Develop projections on how market dynamics will influence trading and commodity performance.
• Utilize business intelligence tools (data warehouses, automation) to enhance trading insights and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present market reports on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscapes, and key account movements.
• Generate both regular and ad-hoc commodity market reports to assist trading teams in decision-making.

Process Improvement & Collaboration
