: Purpose: Adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner. Ensuring hundred percent in compliance with all applicable regulations, work performed in area of responsibility is conducted in right manner. Participate and lead in smooth Technology Transfer (TT) to and from Julphar site & successful commercialization of the product to Plants.Monitoring and leading the execution of technology transfer projects in and out. Key responsibilities & Accountability: To ensure strict adherence to approved project milestone & timelines independently or under the supervision of the department management.To evaluate the feasibility of the technology transfer dossiers regarding manufacturing independently or under the supervision of the department management.To verify the availability of the needed items for teach transfer projects, including raw materials, packaging materials, machines and tooling and to coordinate with stakeholders for these items.Preparing or approving the tech transfer document including but limited to protocols, reports and Master batch records.To monitor and lead the execution of the technology transfer projects (in and out) to ensure smooth tech transfer Qualifications: - Education Bachelor Degree either in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, or any related scientific field master's degree in pharmacy is an advantage - Experience: 4-7 years of experience in the Technology Transfer/Product Development/Research and Development from a Pharmaceutical field. - Training: Key Competencies: Effective oral and written (English) communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.Taking international work assignments to all Julphar sites including but not limited to KSA, Sudan, Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of unit operations of pharmaceuticals equipment and relevant production techniques of at least 2 dosage forms
