Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled specialist psychiatrist (Arabic speaker) to join our medical team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert psychiatric care, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and support patients in achieving emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy and medication management.
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatments.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards in psychiatric care.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in psychiatry.
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a psychiatrist.
• Fluency in the Arabic language.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in psychiatric care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle diverse patient needs.

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
• Expertise in child, adolescent, or geriatric psychiatry.
• Familiarity with telepsychiatry and digital mental health solutions.
