ABOUT THE JOB:

Responsible for the development and maintenance of master offshore project plans ensuring they are up to date, considerate of progress and challenges, and their status is distributed to all relevant stakeholders as required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop detailed project plans and milestones in line with the project objectives reflecting input captured from project resources and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update all offshore project plans on a weekly basis prompting project engineers with project status and progress on a weekly / daily basis as required.

Produce the baseline project schedule and obtain required approvals (through reviews and prompting stakeholder meetings via the relevant project engineer) from all project stakeholders.

Ensure that the project priorities are clearly communicated to project management, engineering, manufacturing and other functions within the organization, at the package level.

Prepare detailed analysis of the project\'s critical and sub-critical paths including the development of schedule recovery plans as required.

Provide recommendation to overcome challenges with the aim in meeting project objectives and support the identification of resourcing schedule synergies across the multiple project plans

Support the setup of the progress measurement and progress reporting systems in accordance with established procedures.

Develop procedures, guidelines, tools and templates for the management of offshore project planning activities.

Participate in risk identification and mitigation and assists with the risk mapping matrix as a part of the project planning exercises.

Support the review and integrate subcontractor schedules ensuring compliance with project timeline and milestone requirements.

Support the development of project status presentations and provide reporting information for both internal & external use (standard as well as customer specific reports).

Perform any other functional duties or activities as assigned by the line manager.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Offshore Projects related to the Oil & Gas industry.

In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas offshore projects and core processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas offshore operations.
