MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To design pricing structures, developing strategies and efficiently managing distribution of fares across all channels leading a team of analysts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assists Senior Manger Revenue Management to deliver defined KPIs & SLA\xe2\x80\x99s for fare filing and distribution

• Leads & mentors a team of Senior officers & Officers for effective fare distribution.
• Documents all pricing distribution policies and procedures and ensures adherence to them.
• Monitors team performance with focus on continuous process and productivity improvements.
• Ensures best-in-class operations for speed to market and filing accuracy, and continually evaluates and improves fare filing procedures.
• Works with internal & external stake holders (route managers, pricing analysts, system analysts) to understand business requirement and pricing system capabilities to leverage the capabilities to the fullest.
• Performs fare filing audits to prevent revenue leakage.
• Ensures adherence to pricing guidelines and escalation policies.
• Takes corrective action/communicates to execution team or management as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)

Experience Specific Requirements

• Air transport, marketing, economics or business management
• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 7

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
