Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialized training in Critical Care Medicine.
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized medical board.
- A valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably obtained through the MOH.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills may be preferred.
- Clinical expertise in managing critically ill patients in an intensive care unit (ICU) or critical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care, counseling, and collaboration with a diverse patient population and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, standards, and MOH guidelines specific to critical care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in critical care medicine.
- Previous experience in critical care research and publications may be advantageous.
- Availability to work in shifts, including night shifts, and participate in on-call duties as required in a critical care setting.
- Dedication to providing high-quality critical care, including rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in critical conditions.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced critical care environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for critically ill patients.
- Salary between 35,000-45,000 AED per month depending on experience
