Job Description

Newborn and children's consultations in the clinics as well as on-site (home, hotel, or office). Asses physical development. Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses/ailments. Prescribe medicine. Carrying out tests to diagnose. Monitoring little patients' conditions and well being. Provide health and wellness advice to patients' parents. Keep the parents informed about the development and provide guidance. Listen to patients and comfort them with the best practice and the right course of action. Developing content to support the community and spread the knowledge. Qualification and training are required. Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Pediatrician. Relevant degree from a recognized university or college. MOH licenses/ Evaluation letter is mandatory. Other relevant and advanced training will be an added advantage. Key skills Ability to work long hours, often under pressure. Communication skills, including sensitivity and the ability to provide clear explanations. Empathetic. Ability to spot and solve problems, requiring effective decision-making skills. Drive to continue learning throughout the career. Business management skills. Organisational ability.
