Orthodontist duties and responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Serve as a preventative care specialist, and provide educational and clinical services supporting overall health through optimal oral health \xe2\x97\x8f Perform a variety of orthodontic procedures to diagnose, prevent, and treat conditions and help patients keep their mouths and teeth healthy \xe2\x97\x8f Provide inspired leadership to a staff of assistants, technicians, and administrators, establishing a culture of teamwork, quality, support, and trust \xe2\x97\x8f Nurture and grow relationships with local dentists who refer patients to our practice \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and evaluate dental needs to determine changes and trends in dental disease, treatments, and technology Requirements and qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Degree from an accredited School of Dentistry \xe2\x97\x8f Degree from accredited Orthodontic Specialty Program \xe2\x97\x8f Board certification \xe2\x97\x8f Valid license to practice \xe2\x97\x8f 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of orthodontic experience \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to lead a staff and put patients at ease \xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and accuracy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED65,000.00 - AED75,000.00 per month
