Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in obstetrics and gynaecology including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynaecological conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, and menopause.
• Perform outpatient procedures, minor surgeries, and assist or lead major surgeries as per credentialing.
• Interpret diagnostic and imaging tests relevant to women's health including ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
• Provide comprehensive counselling on family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and continuity of patient care across the treatment process.
• Participate in CME programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain excellence in patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.

Ideal Profile

• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• MBBS or MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Completed recognized specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH.
• Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated patient-first approach with ability to develop and sustain long-term patient relationships.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering world-class healthcare.
• Research or publications in women's health are desirable.
