Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Specialist to join a reputed healthcare facility in Oman. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and manage a wide range of internal medicine conditions - Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans - Monitor chronic illnesses and provide preventive care guidance - Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals - Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols - Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience - Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Internal Medicine - Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience - Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in Oman - Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
