We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Implantologist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, placement, and restoration of dental implants, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. The specialist should possess excellent diagnostic abilities, advanced surgical skills, and a deep understanding of implantology principles and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and evaluate patients for dental implant treatment.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including surgical and prosthetic phases.
Perform implant surgeries, including bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft tissue management as required.
Restore dental implants with crowns, bridges, or dentures in collaboration with prosthodontists or general dentists.
Manage complications related to implants and provide necessary corrective procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation protocols.
Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care.
Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals as needed.
Keep up-to-date with advances in implant dentistry and participate in continuing education.
Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and clinic safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS or equivalent)
Specialist qualification or Master's in Implantology / Oral Surgery / Periodontology (recognized by MOH/DHA/DOH)
Valid and active MOH license or eligibility to practice as a Specialist Implantologist.
Minimum 2 years of experience in implant placement and restorations
Expertise in advanced surgical techniques (e.g., GBR, sinus lifting)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and quality
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital implant planning tools (e.g., CBCT, CAD/CAM)
Knowledge of latest implant systems and materials
Ability to manage complex full-mouth rehabilitation cases
