Seeking a diligent, highly organized, result-oriented Specialist- Financial Reporting to join our growing Finance team at Presight.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Senior Manager - Financial Reporting, you are responsible for.

• Preparing the Group Consolidation and ensuring that the Group\xe2\x80\x99s periodic consolidated financial statements comply with requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (\xe2\x80\x9cIFRS\xe2\x80\x9d) and UAE law.
• Preparation of periodic Group\xe2\x80\x99s consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with respective teams to review Division wise financial results on a monthly basis, analyze the numbers reported. Review of monthly balance sheet Ensure that revenue recognition is made in accordance with IFRSs.
• Coordination with Group\xe2\x80\x99s subsidiaries for monthly review of the reported financial results.
• Providing technical accounting support to Core Finance team and BUs within the group.
• Preparation of accounting papers for the critical accounting matters. Coordination with auditors to discuss and agree the appropriate accounting.
• Liaising with external auditors for the audit of the consolidated and standalone financial statements including technical accounting matters.
• Assist in establishing financial performance measures (financial KPIs) to determine and evaluate the Group\'s financial performance and monitor progress.
• Assist in preparation of management reports/presentation to be provided to Company\xe2\x80\x99s executives, shareholders, and the Board.
• Manage the monthly and year-end closing process, prepare and provide the quarterly and year-end financial statements to management as required.

• Supporting on a variety of adhoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have

• Experience in relevant field for more than 5 years in IFRS, consolidation and financial reporting
• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven in organizing employee events
• Attention to detail
• Management of internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of UAE financial, commercial and Tax laws

This role is based in Abu Dhabi.
