Job Summary:

Alesayi Specialized Dental Center is seeking an experienced and skilled

Specialist Endodontist

to join our team on a

one-day-per-week

basis. The candidate

must be MOH certified

and will work under a

revenue-sharing compensation structure

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, performing root canal therapy, and managing complex endodontic cases with precision and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Case Evaluation:

Examine, diagnose, and evaluate teeth with pulpal and periapical pathologies using clinical tests, radiographs, and CBCT imaging.

Endodontic Treatment:

Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other related procedures using rotary and digital endodontic systems.

Microscopic and Digital Workflow:

Utilize advanced technologies such as dental microscopes and apex locators to ensure accuracy and optimal treatment outcomes.

Pain Management:

Manage acute dental pain and infections through appropriate endodontic interventions and follow-up care.

Patient Education:

Counsel patients on post-treatment care, pain management, and preventive oral hygiene practices.

Collaborative Care:

Work closely with general dentists, prosthodontists, and other specialists to provide multidisciplinary treatment plans.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, detailed patient records including treatment notes, radiographs, and case outcomes.

Requirements:

License/Certification:

Valid

MOH license (Mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in clinical endodontics (UAE experience preferred)

Availability:

One day per week (to be scheduled with clinic management)

Compensation:

Revenue sharing only
