Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating complex root canal cases, performing microsurgical procedures, and collaborating with general dentists and other specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations, including diagnosis of pulpal and periapical conditions.
Carry out non-surgical and surgical root canal treatments using the latest techniques and technology (e.g., CBCT, microscopes, rotary instrumentation).
Manage dental trauma, cracked teeth, and retreatment cases.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care.
Collaborate with referring general dentists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques and materials.
Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited endodontic specialty residency program.
Valid dental license and endodontic specialty license.
Proven clinical experience in endodontics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
