Job Description
An endodontist is required focusing on diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the tooth's inner pulp, nerves, and surrounding tissues, primarily performing complex root canal treatments.
Must have three years of specialized training beyond general dental school to handle difficult cases, utilize advanced technology like dental microscopes, and manage dental emergencies.
Key responsibilities and expertise:
Complex root canal therapy:
Experts in cleaning and treating the canals inside a tooth's root when the dental pulp (containing nerves and blood vessels) becomes infected or damaged due to decay, trauma, or cracks.Diagnosis and pain management:
To diagnose the cause of tooth pain, including infections and abscesses, and provide relief from dental emergencies.Advanced technology:
To use advanced dental microscopes to get detailed images of the tooth's internal structures, allowing for more precise cleaning and treatment.Saving teeth:
The primary goal is to save severely damaged or infected teeth from extraction.Specialized training:
Must have completed additional years of focused education in endodontics after graduating from dental school.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
