Requirements

We are seeking a highly qualified and DOH-licensed Native Arabic Endocrinologist Specialist to join our reputable medical facility in Abu Dhabi. LOCAL MARKET experience is required. As an Endocrinologist Specialist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with endocrine disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing top-notch healthcare services while upholding the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: * Diagnosis and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose endocrine disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Medical Consultations: Provide expert medical consultations to patients, offering guidance on their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Hormone Management: Manage hormone-related conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, and other endocrine disorders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team, including nurses, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their understanding and self-management.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in endocrinology and contribute to ongoing research, if applicable.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and patient outcomes.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements, including those set by the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide necessary care and support.

Qualifications: * Medical degree (MD or equivalent).

• Completion of specialized training and board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active DOH (Department of Health, Abu Dhabi) license.
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical judgment.

Salary

• Salary up to 60,000AED per month plus benefits depending on experience
