About the role
We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Procurement & Sourcing to be based at our new regional offices in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be supporting the implementation of the Global Ammonium Nitrate S&OE and various continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing
- Managing the Purchase Order Lifecyle process, including creating and maintaining Ariba contracts and Outline Agreements;
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to prepare monthly nominations and shipment schedules;
- Keeping track of product pricing for business development initiatives, purchase orders and invoices;
- Coordinating with Finance to ensure on-time payments;
- Supporting the import and export processes;
- Driving commodity subscription administration and local procurement;
- Assisting with managing shared mailbox for governance approvals and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders;
- Supporting resolution of audit queries and execution of continuous improvement opportunities.
What you will bring
- 5+ years relevant experience in supply chain management or commodity trading;
- Strong SAP knowledge and skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detail orientated;
- Project management and market analysis experience are desirable.
