Specialist Dermatologist
Job Title: Specialist Dermatologist
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Reports to: Medical Director / Head of Department
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist with 3-4 years of practice within Sharjah. The candidate will be an expert in diagnosing and treating diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. The role involves managing both medical and cosmetic dermatological concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical acumen, a patient-centric approach, and a valid MOH license.
Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Dermatology:
• Diagnose and treat a wide array of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin examinations, biopsies, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic skin diseases.
• Prescribe topical and systemic medications.
• Surgical & Procedural Dermatology:
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as excisions of skin lesions, cysts, and moles.
• Conduct cryotherapy, electrocautery, and other therapeutic procedures.
• Experience with laser treatments for medical conditions (e.g., vascular lesions, pigmentation) is highly desirable.
• Cosmetic Consultations:
• Assess patient needs and provide expert advice on cosmetic concerns.
• Perform or oversee non-invasive cosmetic procedures (to be integrated with the Laser and Beauty Therapist).
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including before-and-after photographs where applicable.
• Adhere strictly to MOH guidelines, infection control protocols, and clinic standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Dermatology.
• Valid and transferable MOH (Ministry of Health) license in the UAE.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of post-residency experience working as a Specialist Dermatologist in Sharjah.
• Proven experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
