Specialist Dermatologist - Aesthetic Experience
Job Title: Specialist Dermatologist (Aesthetic & Clinical)
Reports To: Medical Director / Clinic Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Specialist Dermatologist with significant expertise in aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic care for general dermatological conditions while leading our aesthetic services. You will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, performing advanced aesthetic procedures, and upholding the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Dermatology: Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer.
• Aesthetic Procedures: Expertly perform and manage a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
• Botox and Dermal Fillers injections.
• Laser therapies (for hair removal, pigmentation, vascular lesions, skin resurfacing).
• Chemical Peels and Microdermabrasion.
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy.
• Non-surgical body contouring and skin tightening.
• Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations, discuss patient goals, manage expectations, and obtain informed consent.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Medical Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the laser therapists and nurses within the dermatology and aesthetic team.
• Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to MOH (Ministry of Health) regulations and clinic protocols.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient medical records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical degree and a valid specialization in Dermatology.
• Valid DHA/MOH/HAAD license to practice as a Specialist Dermatologist in the UAE.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in a dermatology setting, with a significant focus on aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in operating various laser and energy-based devices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
